The location is awesome! The villa is on the top of the hill overlooking the lake and the volcano. The view is absolutely stunning. The villa is very private, surrounded by nature. The room has limited amenities but you don’t really need much. People don’t come to Costa Rica to stay indoors :) The deck upstairs is a nice place to hang out in the morning or at night. We had breakfasts and dinners with the volcano view. My husband and I were greeted by the host upon arrival. Solomon showed us everything, answered our questions, and gave us some advice on places to visit. He also prepared yummy breakfast for us every morning. Our host’s Bombay cat Panterito liked to hang out with us all the time we spent on premises. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Solomon’s place. Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendliness. Pura vida!

It is a little paradise. The prettiest ranch i have seen in my entire life. The family is devoted and welcoming. The horses are necessary to get up in the mountains, and the views are out of this world. Really amazing experience. I would 100% recommend as a comfortable retreat. The sunset's are out of this world beautiful.

Katty is a wonderful host, we had only booked for one night but our flight the next day wasn't until after midnight, and she told us to make ourselves comfortable in the communal area and stay as long as we wanted. She gave us directions to the mall and also booked us our taxi to the airport. She will also order you dinner from the nearby Chinese or pizza place if you want. There are also beautiful hummingbirds that come and feed at the window, and a great view over the city at sunset! Highly recommend!

Staff were great. View amazing from dining area of the ever changing volcano. Great viewing there of birds. Watching the sunset was wonderful with all the evening sounds of bullfrogs etc. Pool was also nice, and our room was lovely and spacious.

Perfect location close to the airport. We were starting our Nomad America trip and this place was close by and allowed us to do our chores etc before going. Highly recommend this place for those on a budget looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly place in a good spot to be close to the airport and in walking distance of shops/restaurants

Everything was perfect. The hosts are wonderful people; so kind and accommodating. Check in process was clear and communication before hand was great. The room has everything you need. Very very clean and perfect location. Walking distance from town but far enough away that it's not too noisy. Also, you can't beat the price.

Great place to stay! We have met Carmen and Felix twice, upon arrival to CostaRica and day before departure. Perfect location for air travellers in close proximity to the airport, 3 minutes with Uber. Many eating and shopping spots around. And at the same time very quite and safe. Hosts are very welcoming with heart approach, will assist you with any questions. Kitchen amenities are at their best, I couldn't expect more. Really recommend. Our top pick in all our stays in CostaRica!
