The place had a very homey feel with lovely staff working here. I liked the proximity to the beach, only a very short walk and that the hotel is in the nature away from all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was good and generous and restaurant for evening meals was very good as well. I think it was the best place I stayed on my trip to Costa Rica. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely, smart apartment! Very comfy bed. The studio was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Pool area was great too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

House of Nomad - Adults only se găsește în Tamarindo, la 6 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Tamarindo, și are o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Everything! It was a sanctuary for me. Clean, well-maintained, nicely designed room and space (the room was also very spacious — I could even lay out a yoga mat and practice everyday with more than enough space to walk around it). There’s a self-contained kitchen if you wanna cook. Also the owners and staff are fab — very friendly and helpful :) Close to restaurants and shops. It’s a short 2-3min walk to the main street and a big supermarket right there… and you can walk to the beach in about 10mins or less. If you’re feeling lazy, there are about 4 restaurants at your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I also felt really safe. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo!

Everything was beyond expectations. We live in Costa Rica and we know how challenging it can be to keep the smell of mildew and mold down in the rainy season. This place smelt perfect. Everything about this place was perfect. The breakfast, the hosts, the rooms. We actually, we're really late getting done with our car appointment and instead of driving home 3 hours, we decided to book the room. And drive an hour and twenty minutes to the hotel and stay there instead of driving all the way home and we're so glad we did.

Refugio Surf Lodge se află la 3 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Tamarindo și oferă un restaurant, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și o terasă. Great place, great people, great vibes minutes away from the beach. Can only recommend

Palmetto Lodge se află în Playa San Miguel și are vedere la mare, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă și un bar. Awesome breakfast. Very nice welcome by a German couple. Hard to get there especially during rainy season but definitely worth it.
