The most impressive part of our experience was her quick and thoughtful response to a major issue we encountered. What initially could have been a significant complaint was transformed into a genuine compliment, all because of her professionalism, empathy, and proactive attitude. I want to take a moment to commend Jailan as her quick action and dedication truly stood out. She should be incredibly proud of herself. She is a shining example of a brand ambassador. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can honestly say that what she did today exemplifies the highest standards of customer service—something every employee in this industry should aspire to. Thank you very much Jailan for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to meet again soon!

Rhactus House San Stefano is located in Alexandria, 190 metres from San Stefano Beach, less than 1 km from Glime Beach, as well as 2.3 km from Abu Haif Beach. The location is very special and the warm reception, the speed of check -in and check -out procedures,and availability of all services make me describe this experience as excellent and make me and my family think seriously to repeat it multiple times during the year 👌👍😊💕❤️

Great place, lovely decoration, splendid view of the Mediterranean and most of all we enjoyed the great flexibility from the lovely host. Missed the train from Aswan, but the host had no problem pushing our reservation one day, which was really nice.
