From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A special mention to Waheed who was incredibly helpful in providing local recommendations and assisting with any request. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciated their efforts. I look forward to returning!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the very beginning. Upon arriving in Cairo, a hotel driver was already waiting for us, making our transfer to the hotel seamless and comfortable. Additionally, we needed to add an extra night to our reservation, and the hotel staff managed it without any issues. The staff was outstanding at all times, providing us with great recommendations on what to do in Cairo and Giza. They even helped us arrange private drivers for all our activities, which gave us a sense of security and allowed us to enjoy our visits in an organized and stress-free manner. Breakfast was spectacular, with an unbeatable view of the Pyramids of Giza. As for the service, all the employees were top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, this is an experience we would repeat. Highly recommended!

Alex was very very friendly. he explained us a lot of things during our horse riding trip (would raccomand it with quad.. horses are very thin and underweight) the tour to the pyramids was fantastic. staff was very nice and provided a lot of water and snaks for us. alex is the best and also the owner😍

What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff they were the friendliest and most helpful team we’ve ever encountered. Their hospitality was truly top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and even helped us plan the best tour program for our family, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. A special mention must go to their on site restaurant, Pyramids Location View hands down the best restaurant in the area. The food was delicious, and the view of the Pyramids was absolutely breathtaking. Dining there was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Pyramids On the Spot to anyone visiting the area. It’s more than just a hotel it’s a warm, welcoming experience with the best views, food, and service in Giza!

Very close to the Giza ticket office. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Ready to help in any way. I got the room which had Pyramid view which was wonderful. This hotel is on 3rd floor but they carried our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, Bathroom also clean. Toiletary and towel everything available. Staff was available all the time ready to help. They have another hotel where you can enjoy Pyramid view during breakfast. Good quality breakfast . I loved the variety of cheese and egg. Close to many restaurants and other convenient stores.
