Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. Our stay at Gemma Resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, welcomed with cold drinks and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

Arabic and Mediterranean dishes are served in the elegant restaurant. Overlooking the beach, the Pool Deck bar offers light meals and drinks. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

JAZ Elite Riviera features certain rooms with sea views, and each room is fitted with a balcony. Very relaxed stay, the hotel complex is very new and high quality. The hotel beach is very well maintained and offers good opportunities for snorkeling. The quality of the food is good and doesn't cause any problems even for European stomachs 😉 The hotel management can be very proud of their staff, they work very responsibly and are very committed and friendly even in stressful situations. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

The resort provides an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. I had an exceptionally positive experience at this hotel. The environment, friendly atmosphere, and great vibes made it very hard to return to everyday life afterward.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. With a garden, the 5-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property offers free airport shuttle service. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)
