In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! The food was more than excellent, varied, the selection was phenomenal. This is our 5th time in Egypt and I can say that this is the hotel with the best food and service. Super friendly, unobtrusive staff really made us feel at home. Unforgettable experience, and Gemma resort will remain in our wonderful memories.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good -and lot of option also for vegetarians. I booked three different kind of rooms. Standard, deluxe and superior. The best was the superior room with seaview and sunrise. The room and also the hotel area are very clean. I extend twice my stay.

Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.
