All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

The chefs and staff deserve high praise for their hard work and creativity. Despite the minor issues, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade provided for our comfort, especially with our baby. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, our experience at Sunrise Anjum Hotel was fantastic, and we look forward to returning in the future. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)
