Activities - a lot of water slides on the territory and, of course, the sea. There’s no coral reef near the beach, but I still saw some fish in the water. Just don’t forget to bring swim goggles and water shoes. Service - very pleasant and helpful! We received a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was a very nice and unexpected surprise. On the first day I lost my room card in the pool, and a staff member actually went swimming to find it for me. Throughout the stay, the hotel manager, Mahmoud Soltan, stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp so I could resolve any questions at any time. Wi-Fi - this was my biggest concern, since I know internet in Egypt can sometimes be an issue. But we never had any problems during our stay. We had video calls every day and watched movies with no issues at all.
