The shower space was particularly large and drained well, which made it very comfortable to use. The bedding was also clean and cozy. The property is located in a quiet residential area away from the city center, so it’s perfect for relaxing. There are bus stops and a train station right in front of and behind the building, making it very easy to reach the Old Town and other main attractions. Buses that stop just 5 meters from the property run until late at night, and there are night buses available as well. A very thoughtful and kind woman at the reception helped me a lot, including recommending places to visit and booking a taxi. I’m very grateful for her assistance.

Comfortable Accommodations: Villa Eugenia Boutique Hotel in Donostia-San Sebastián offers family rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and free WiFi. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were sizable. Water was refilled and chilled each day after service. Coffee machine always available. Breakfast had good options. We were on top floor so no noise from above and not too much street noise.

Great central location. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage offered by the hotel. It was amazing! Special thanks to Monica, who’s massage helped us to relax and feel rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. She is fantastic, highly recommended. Special gratitude to Jackeline at the front desk. Beautiful hotel - modern and very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town and the beach. Many restaurants nearby plus the hotel restaurant was very good.

I had the best sleep ever here: a super comfortable huge bed, a clean and very quiet room, and even a tea-tray. I was in heaven. The hosts were charming, and Marco was so helpful with practical advice about buses to catch and sights to see. Yes it’s a little way out from the old town, but it’s close to the surfing beach and plenty of nice cafes here too, with more reasonable costs. Highly recommended!
