The rooms are cleaned well and all staff is super friendly. The hotel is not new, but is still nice and looks good. Heated pool is another great asset of this place. Also there’s a laundry room where for 4.5 euro token you can wash your clothes - that was very comfortable when you travel with kids. It is around 20 min by foot to the beach, so having a car is recommended unless you like going uphill on the way back from the beach.

The apartments were large enough, we fell like at home over the week we spent there, there is everything you need to prepare your own meals (except groceries shopping of course). We loved staying by the pool with our little one, breakfast and dinner were always very good (and actually the best food we had in Gran Canaria to be honest). The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

My husband & I loved it here! We arrived at 14:00, the room was not ready yet but we checked in with ease & the staff assured us we will get a text whenever it is ready. We received the entry codes & at 15:00 we were in the apartment. Brand new, very clean, kitchen all facilities necessary: fridge, coffee machine & capsules, water, fully equipped with a cooktop & microwave, plenty of towels & change of sheets, iron, etc. The balcony was great with a view of the beautiful pool & the overall look was very coastal & inviting. The gym is sufficiently equipped & food/drinks options are extensive. We loved that everything was key-less, husband is forgetful & I carry a lot already haha! What took this stay from great to perfect was the staff! Special thanks to the ladies at the reception, Juanse, Maverick & Alejandro, they truly went above & beyond to make our stay unforgettable. It is lovely to meet people from such different backgrounds work together with such a great ethic. We hope the management is aware & is going at great length to rewards these humans as they are clearly doing their utmost :) Only suggestions I’d have would be to consider making Island Home adults-only.

Situated in Santa Cruz de la Palma and with Santa Cruz de La Palma Beach reachable within 200 metres, Banana Garden La Palma features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The hotel has family rooms. A stay at Banana Garden is a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in an excellent location in the main city of Santa Cruz, just 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby, along the main beach, there are free parking spots marked with white lines. Breakfasts are very tasty and fresh. The hotel's exceptional dried bananas are particularly noteworthy. The rooms are small but modern, featuring a comfortable bed and a coffee set. There is a small balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the hotel ! If I return to La Palma, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Set just 70 metres from Las Vistas Beach, Tenerife South Apartments offers accommodation in Playa de las Americas with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a lift. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment was within the Compostela beach resort. The location was absolutely perfect for us, close to all amenities. Right on the beach doorstep and various shopping areas and supermarkets. The apartment itself was modern and clean with everything you would need for a stay. We had two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony was large, overlooking the pool and pleasant in the evenings. I would definitely come again to these apartments. There isn't air conditioning which we knew of before we arrived, however it is easy to rent a unit.
