Visited Adeje in January with family, first time on Canary islands. We had a very good experience. The hotel management is super good. We had a small issue with the hotel staff which was handled extremely professionally by the hotel manager. Pool: heated, can be used the whole year round, which was great as kids liked it a lot Breakfast: I liked it, it had all the needed options for everyone in the group. It might be repetitive though as mentioned in some comments. Coffee from the machine could be better, there is an option to get coffee from barista for a separate price though Changing towels and linens: they don't change it daily, which makes perfect sense for me. They tell you at check-in what is the schedule. If you need an extra change there is a small fee The hotel territory is quite big, but there is not too many occupants since the rooms are big as well (more like apartments). Never felt crowded. Animation was good and entertaining Also, many comments mentioned there is a steep pathway to the hotel. It is indeed there, just be aware. We used the car most of the times, so it was not an issue at all. Taxi from the city is quite affordable as well

We loved staying there, the property was modern, well decorated a really comfortable. The staff accommodating and location perfect to venture out.

We arrived at 14:00, the room was not ready yet but we checked in with ease & the staff assured us we will get a text whenever it is ready. We received the entry codes & at 15:00 we were in the apartment. Brand new, very clean, kitchen all facilities necessary: fridge, coffee machine & capsules, water, fully equipped with a cooktop & microwave, plenty of towels & change of sheets, iron, etc. The balcony was great with a view of the beautiful pool & the overall look was very coastal & inviting. The gym is sufficiently equipped & food/drinks options are extensive. We loved that everything was key-less, husband is forgetful & I carry a lot already haha! What took this stay from great to perfect was the staff! Special thanks to the ladies at the reception, Juanse, Maverick & Alejandro, they truly went above & beyond to make our stay unforgettable. It is lovely to meet people from such different backgrounds work together with such a great ethic. We hope the management is aware & is going at great length to rewards these humans as they are clearly doing their utmost :) Only suggestions I’d have would be to consider making Island Home adults-only.

I will not stay anywhere else in Santa Cruz from now on!

DWO Nopal nằm ở Puerto de la Cruz, cách Bãi biển Playa del Muelle 3 phút đi bộ, có phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và quầy bar. It's located in the city center in the pedestrian area, so it's central and quiet. The hotel is beautiful and the staff super kind and helpful. We had a great room, comfy beds and an amazing breakfast, which also can be enjoyed in the rooftop terrace. Additionally there is a pool on the roof with amazing views of the sea, city and mount Teide. All in all a wonderful experience, we would definitely come again!
