Everything was great, we were really surprised! The hotel is newly renovated, the employees are really friendly and the food served for breakfast but also in their restaurant is amazing!

The apartments were large enough, we fell like at home over the week we spent there, there is everything you need to prepare your own meals (except groceries shopping of course). We loved staying by the pool with our little one, breakfast and dinner were always very good (and actually the best food we had in Gran Canaria to be honest). The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

The property has one swimming pool included and there is also a second pool on the rooftop which is subject to additional charges. Excellent attention to detail, staff professional, 5 star treatment. I have never been treated like this in other hotels on this island for the same amount of money.

Classic, big luxury hotel, with beautiful decor and architecture, good breakfast, very nice staff, the balcony over a beautiful garden, the pool and the pool's staff (she's really nice)
