We also enjoyed having a balcony in the room.

The bright, stylish rooms in the Hotel Maruxia all have safes, heating and hairdryers. All rooms can be reached by lift. The staff was extremely helpful. Always ready to help. The location is great, you can walk in the city center, nice restaurants and everything is close by.

Convento de San Benito is a restored convent, set in the pretty Galician fishing port of A Guarda. The spacious rooms all have a french balcony, a minibar and a safe.

It is set in the beautiful Rías Baixas region, a short drive from many beautiful beaches. Beautiful old convent converted into a hotel. Comfortable and modern rooms, great rain shower and heds and even medieval tiles on the wall. Feels like way more than a 2 star hotel. Location meters away from the harbour and great restaurants is perfect as well

The historic town of Combarro, a famous destination for artists, is only a 10-minute walk away and the beach is just an 800-metre stroll from the hotel. Further afield you can visit Sanxenxo, Vigo and the wonderful O Grove peninsula. Everything was perfect, location, facilities and staff.

This converted Galician country house offers gardens with sea views and direct access to Carril Beach. Free WiFi and indoor/outdoor parking are included, and Vigo Airport is just 20 minutes' drive away. The place is really beautiful, close to the ocean, with great views and a truly magnificent courtyard. Apartment was spacious, full of light, comfortable and clean. The Italian restaurant on site was excellent and enjoyed by the entire family. Our boys (7 and 11) loooooved the pool - a welcome refresher after a long car drive.
