We have to mention separately Filip who was very helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms were cleaned several times a day. The location is perfect. You can reach the city centre via buses 32 and 95 easily. The breakfast is phenomenal.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. I will add every thing that I appreciated about the apartment: - it was very clean - it is very spacious - all the appliances you'll need (kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, hair dryer, nespresso, 2 smart TVs, also 2 ACs) - it has a little terrace - Lidl is 30m away from the apartment And the most important thing, something I see not so many owners care about, but here they did is that the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were ergonomic and with memory foam. Thumbs up for these.

The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated, with a design that clearly shows the care and effort of the host. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great - quiet and peaceful, with a metro and bus stops nearby, as well as Turia Park and the beach within walking distance. Perfect for exploring the city or just relaxing. 
 The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided detailed recommendations on places to visit, local cuisine to try, and more. As a thoughtful touch, I was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolate, and a basket of fresh mandarins upon arrival, which was such a pleasant surprise :) I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. A truly outstanding experience!

Very clean, enough space for 2 people, spacious bathroom, good supplies in the kitchen (including welcoming gifts); easy to get to the center or to the sea side by public transport. The host was very kind and helpful. We really appreaciated the possibility to leave our luggage at the apartment as we had a very late flight. We will return if we have the chance.
