They stored our bags on new year night, which we spent in Rovaniemi, and put it to our room, which was the same (bigger) room! That was very nice of them. Also they provide many recommendations. The breakfast had many options, and was tasty. There is kitchen and unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the hotel, which is very practical in winter. We also enjoyed the sauna.

Equipped with a sauna and a shared lounge with bar, the hotel takes inspiration from Sami culture. This was out of the ordinary. An excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficiently organised and no hassles at reception. A high standard hotel with a relaxed feeling about it. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The beds good, the room spacious, comfortable and with all one could think of in terms of amenities.

The resort was huge with bonfire places, play area for kids, lake, etc. We also appreciate the free winter gear and boots during our stay. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is also a short drive to Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi airport. It was truly a memorable trip for us.
