In addition to having a house and pool all to ourselves, there is a barbecue and a very nice space to spend the day. My highlight was definitely watching the sunset from the balcony, and the host was very friendly and took care of every detail to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, right in front of the sea and within walking distance of town. We would definitely stay here again.

We had access to the sea and took out kayaks to look at corals, had a lovely swim at the salt water Tobu, did a quick trip to the waterfalls and thoroughly enjoyed the greenery, farm animals and the peace and quiet. Kirsty and her lovely Dad were amazing hosts, they made sure we had all that we needed during our stay.

Kind souls that can make your stay here in Fiji a truly one of a kind experience. Staying at the salt lake lodge didn't feel like a hotel or resort, but instead felt like you got to experience how it would feel to live in a Fijian family. Not only were the people great but the food was extraordinary. They both could be in a Michelin star restaurant with the food they provided. We would also recommend doin LOVO with them, which is a traditional grill on an campfire of which I shared photos of. The location itself for us was also a 10/10 because we love being surrounded in nature, and what ever window you looked out from was the beautiful environment, even from the shower you could see the river. We could not recommend this place more if we wanted to. I hope your experience will be as beautiful as ours

Guests at Sigasiga Sands Boutique Bungalows will be able to enjoy activities in and around Savusavu, like canoeing and hiking. Snorkelling and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle rental service and a private beach area are also available on-site. We loved Sigasiga Sands so much. We stayed in the Seahorse cottage which had the most beautiful view of the beach. The resort is so quiet that we hardly ever saw other people, it felt like a remote private island. We especially loved being able to take the free kayaks out to the sea, it's sheltered by reef so the water is nice and calm. We were able to see lots of sea life in the reefs as well. Aside from the beautiful surroundings, the staff were amazing. There is an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu which we ordered from, with staff bringing meals to our cottage for us to enjoy on the balcony, looking out at the beautiful view. The cottage itself is equipped with a kitchenette for home cooking if preferred. I would highly recommend a stay here for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Special mention to Subash who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well.
