Christian very friendly and interested in ensuring you have a nice stay. We thought it slightly expensive but there was no where cheaper options so I think it is suitable price for that area.

This property is right on the boardwalk for the beach. The owner made the best of the view by putting the bed on a raised up platform. We loved relaxing on the bed taking in the incredible view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is impeccably clean. The owner is friendly and sends good, clear communication.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Tiki de Notre Dame! The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town of Boulogne-sur-Mer, directly next to the stunning Notre Dame cathedral – a truly unique setting. It’s peaceful yet central, with everything within walking distance: great restaurants, cafés, and beautiful walking/jogging paths on the old city walls. Our 9-year-old daughter adored her own little room under the roof with a magical view of the illuminated cathedral at night. The apartment is charmingly decorated with everything you need – cozy, practical, and full of character. A particular plus is the basic equipment in the kitchen. Nothing is more annoying than having to buy salt, pepper, oil etc. for two or three days. There’s a great view with full privacy and enough parking space right in front of the door – a big plus in the old town. Communication with our host Jeremy was super friendly and easy. We felt so at home we honestly didn’t want to leave. A full 10 out of 10! The kindness of the people in Boulogne-sur-Mer made our stay truly unforgettable. We'll definitely be back, as we haven't seen all the fantastic street art and murals the city has to offer.

The location to the beach is fantastic. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a nice stay there and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The cot bed was in very good condition with nice matress and was set up ready for our arrival.

Anne and Jean-Louis picked us up at the ferry terminal and took us for a short tour of Calis before taking us to the studio apartment. The tour was very much appreciated as it oriented us to the city. Upon arrival to the flat, our hosts showed us to the apartment and explained all the details of how things worked. It was a pleasant surprise to have wine and goodies as a welcome gift, thank you Anne! The suite is quite small, but very clean and had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. The fold out futon was comfortable for our length of stay. The location was perfectly situated; close to the beach and the free public transport was steps away from the building. We did use the bus to access some of the points of interest that Anne recommended and really enjoyed walking about. We also really appreciated that our hosts took the time to drive us to the train station the morning of our departure! These extra perks are not often offered by Airbnb hosts, and we have been to many. So we would definitely recommend this location to others.
