It is small but cleverly put together with an outdoor seating area which is quiet when the women upstairs isn't having a loud phone conversation at the window - the host soon put a stop to that when asked so top marks there! Our host was most informative and helpful which was a bonus.The area around the accommodation is very nice with a number of dining options, stores and scenic strolls. Creperie Le Platin was a real find - doesn't look much but really good! Parking is adequate on the street with overnight free. The island itself is terrific. Great for a drive around with lots of wonderful towns. La Rochelle is a wonderful little city for a wander around.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Ile de Ré. Eric and Nelly are super hosts, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was perfect, quiet, clean and comfortable. We availed one evening of the 3 course dinner Eric prepared and it was just delicious. (Highly recommend). Breakfast was very nice.

Location, incredibly close to the beach! Nice house, refined breakfast, calm. Great host Christina was lovely and friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable surrounding area . We did enjoy the stay and we feel like home to home. We will be back again.

Maison Face au Soleil está a 12 min a pie de Plage des Gollandières y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, casino y servicio de habitaciones. Se ofrece wifi gratis. The perfect stay — from the location, to the delicious fresh breakfast, the gorgeous suite (which was way larger than expected), and of course our lovely host. We truly appreciated how accommodating Crystal was. We were nervous traveling with a baby for the first time but she made it much easier by being so attentive and helpful.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de Dominique, es encantador, muy atento y detallista. El alojamiento es muy acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa. El desayuno es casero, muy rico, con panes y repostería casera, el café muy rico. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Uno de los mejores alojamientos donde me he quedado.

El Hotel L’ocean se encuentra en la localidad de Le Bois-Plage-en-Re, en la Isla de Ré. El establecimiento está a solo 800 metros de la playa y ofrece piscina al aire libre y centro de bienestar. Excellent staff, great decor, restaurant was excellent. Could not have expected better.

Staff was friendly and Helpful - when a Transportation Strike changed our plans. They helped with restaurants etc
