The sleeper couch was comfortable and easy to fold up and down, and the good linen appreciated. The location works well - 150 m outside of the Old Town making it easy to reach everything yet a quiet and calm area. Interaction with the host was easy, and the e-Info booklet contained relevant information.

I have never experienced such good service across the board, from the shuttle drivers, the front reception, the ski shop or the restaurant staff. Absolutely everyone was warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was excellent - we were half board. We had 2 dinners out during the week at L’Arbina and Les Terrasses and whilst the food was good, service there no where near the same standard at Voulezvous and the restaurant Il Savoia which we simply loved. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice. The staff at the ski shop were amazing. So good with the kids and so helpful when getting ready to hit the slopes or returning back. I highly recommend a stay here.
