The property was in an amazing location, close to everything. It was clean and comfortable. Even in hot weather it was nice and cool. We found that the towels we originally got had a bit of a musty smell, probably from the way they were stored. We flagged this to the owners and although it wasn’t a big issue, they bought us brand new towels and brought them to us the next day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners are very kind and helpful!

Very nice apartment - spotlessly clean, lots of air and light, and furniture and appliances of the highest quality. The sleeper couch was comfortable and easy to fold up and down, and the good linen appreciated. The location works well - 150 m outside of the Old Town making it easy to reach everything yet a quiet and calm area. Interaction with the host was easy, and the e-Info booklet contained relevant information.

We spent a week in the hotel and could have not picked a better one! Nice, quiet and clean hotel with very friendly staff, tasty food and an amazing spa. There is everything under one roof. The hotel has a ski shop where you can hire your ski/snowboard so you don't have to go anywhere else. The staff at the ski shop could have not been more helpful. They were absolutely brilliant - they even help you to put your boots on and off if you want to! The staff at the reception are happy to organise ski passes for you as well. There is also valet parking which costs €28.00 a night. The food was delicious! We booked half board - continental breakfast with a variety of pastries and a 3-course meal for dinner. We could choose a starter and a main from the daily special menu or the standard one. Just drinks are not included and sometimes you have to pay a bit extra if you choose the meal from the standard menu but it wasn't a big deal. There was a variety of desserts or cheeses as well. After skiing (or if you want to skip a day of skiing) you can relax in the spa or book a massage. The spa area has a clean jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. Overall, very positive experience and I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Amazing property, immaculately clean and well maintained. Oceane on reception was the perfect hostess upon our arrival. We didn’t eat at the property but the wine from their vineyard was superb!

Amazingly attentive GM Laurent, who keeps everything running smoothly to the T. And an incredible JoJo who know everyone by name and takes care of anything you might have wished for! Will def come back!!
