The room was clean, conveniently located in the city center, and equipped with everything you need. We were lucky to arrive on a day when there was a huge market full of local delicacies, so we immediately stocked up on them :) The self-check-in process was a bit confusing, as we didn't immediately realize that we needed to take the keys from the box by the door frame. Luckily, we noticed a glowing sign in the room and were sure that we had come to the right house. But we later saw the same system at another hotel, so it's just a matter of habit. The owner was always available and helped with a minor household issue. Annecy is a charming town, worthy of a stopover for a couple of days. We are grateful for the wonderful time we spent there.

Superb room and facilities. I arrived on my bike and the host, Pascal, was there to meet me and was very friendly. This place is first class. Really peaceful and private. The room is large and facilities are perfect. Everything provided and very comfortable. The local town is lovely and I ate out there on the evening. I loved my stay here! Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment - spotlessly clean, lots of air and light, and furniture and appliances of the highest quality. The sleeper couch was comfortable and easy to fold up and down, and the good linen appreciated. The location works well - 150 m outside of the Old Town making it easy to reach everything yet a quiet and calm area. Interaction with the host was easy, and the e-Info booklet contained relevant information.

A perfect place to stay in Annecy. Just like staying at home. Quite cozy and comfortable. The host is super friendly. Highly recommended.

The flat is extremely clean, very well equipped, and very central. It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.

Outstanding breakfast spread with plenty of choice for everyone’s taste - from healthy juices to fresh cut fruit and french pastries. Amazingly attentive GM Laurent, who keeps everything running smoothly to the T. And an incredible JoJo who know everyone by name and takes care of anything you might have wished for! Will def come back!!
