I originally booked a courtyard room but decided to upgrade to a sea view room, we got one on the 2nd floor. We were greeted by the reception staff who told us about a few things like where the restaurant was. On entering our room I was very surprised by the size, it had double aspect windows one to a courtyard the other to a panoramic view of Douglas bay. The room itself was of superior quality, mood lighting to bedroom and bathroom, a sofa in the window, 2 armchairs facing the TV. Complimentary soft drinks, crisps and chocolate in the fridge, even a corkscrew next to the kettle. There was even 2 dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobe. The breakfast was included as was cereals and continental breakfast and full hot breakfasts. You can also book an evening meal in their restaurant and they have a bar for drinks. Excellent friendly service from all the staff too. Brilliant location also close to shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be booking here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Carrick Rooms are a real gem, and we will most definitely be retuning soon. This place is the most airy, spacious, immaculately clean and modern accommodation that we have ever stayed at on the island. The hosts could not be more accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect in every way. A delicious continental breakfast is served in Roots cafe below each morning. The breads, pastries and cheeses are all local produce and the coffee is fantastic too, Thank you for making our stay the BEST that we have ever had on the island, you guys are simply fantastic! Very good communication Key pickup was simple Email & phoned me to make sure all was okay Spotless entrance & stairwell Light & airy Apartment was bright Super clean Tv all channels Bedroom nice clean bedding Clean Fluffy white towels Next to traffic light junction But that did not disturb me - stayed On a SUN & MON

The Welbeck Hotel gave us an exceptional stay for our Special wedding Anniversary! We had a Beautiful sea view room! , they made us feel very welcome Beautiful food! Just wonderful, would deffo stay there again on our next visit to the Special place me & my husband met back in 1980! Thankyou again Welbeck Hotel! 💓 xx
