Located at the edge of Keats Green by the cliff path down to the sea-front promenade, the Bay House Apartments is in a superb location with views out to sea from the balconies, close to Old Shanklin Town, and within easy walking distance of the high street shops. Our apartment was immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed by the standard and style of decor, the comfortable furniture, and the attention to detail in the provision of kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. Communication from Louise prior to the visit and after our arrival was first-class. We enjoyed our visit to the island so much but it was enhanced by knowing our accommodation was top quality and excellent value for money.

There was a hardly a speck of dust anywhere and the whole place was impeccably clean. We only spent a night there but we wish we booked it longer and enjoyed the cozy space. Perhaps a great idea to visit in winter since there is a fireplace!
