Absolutely charming accomodation. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and en suite, large towels, and lovely view. Went down to the cafe for breakfast and the meals were delicious and reasonably priced, staff was pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend this accommodation. This accommodation is only 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport which makes it a perfect place to land the night before a flight.

Its à la carte restaurant has a charming modern glass and timber frontage. The rooms were beautifully renovated. So comfortable and plenty of space. Great location on the waterfront of quaint Anstruther. Breakfast was lovely the next morning too. Our favorite place on our two week trip to Scotland.

Lakeview Guest House is located on the seafront in Stranraer, 200 metres from Stranraer Beach. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The welcome with a tot of whishey and a sweety pie, after being fetched because of rain was exceptional. This stay was one of the very best in the UK. Highly recommended.

Overlooking West Sands Beach and the Links Golf Course, Old Course Hotel features a luxury spa and award-winning restaurant. Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant rooms. This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was an absolute experience to stay here. We got one of the rooms with a view of the old course which was very special. We All the staff in every area of the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The concierge staff were always interested in what you were doing and how they could help you and all the restaurant staff were lovely too. When you stay there you have to have dinner at “Jigger Inn” it is the coolest little pub and is one of the restaurants at the hotel. Make sure you book ahead though because it’s popular. Bart and Elsa looked after us so well when we went there. They are so friendly and welcoming and made our night so much fun we went back the next night. The food was really good too. We just had the best time in St Andrew’s staying at The Old Course Hotel and I would do yourself a favour and stay there if you want something special from start to finish.

The property features quiet street views and is 1.3 km from St Andrews University and 3.8 km from St Andrews Bay. Discovery Point is 23 km from the bed and breakfast. The breakfast was ample and excellent.You cannot find more generous or kind hosts than Claire and Mark. They really care about you. I very strongly recommend staying here
