The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English, Russian, Georgian, and maybe even more languages. The food they make is delicious. Fresh, home made, and the cheese is even from their own cow. They are really nice to my son too, and even let him see how they milk their cow. I'd recommend this place to couples or families who like to be by the beach, but also enjoy some quiet time. Plus, if you want to go to the central crowded street with restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute walk.

Our rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, kind and went above and beyond for us. The owner Maya made us feel like we were part of the family! The food was incredible. Everything we order was fresh and had a lot of flavor. Compliments to the chef. Also the wine they had was incredible. We even got a few bottles to take home. Overall we had an amazing time at Ritsa Resort and would only stay there in the future.

Since the hotel was still under renovation, we were offered cottages, which were nice. The host was very kind and attentive to our wishes. I had already read other reviews about the breakfast, and it was indeed pleasantly surprising. Thank you for the lovely stay; when we are in Ureki, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Everybody at Sunrise Ureki was very friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed over the Easter holidays there was always someone we could ask for help or advice. Also we were even gifted a delicious Paska (Easter cake), which was very sweet and attentive. The rooms were clean and practically as well as comfortably equipped. Location-wise it’s just a 5 minute walk away from the beach and a little outside of central Ureki.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and offered excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Their friendly and attentive nature made a significant difference in our overall experience. Overall, this small hotel in Ureki exceeded our expectations in every way.
