The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English, Russian, Georgian, and maybe even more languages. The food they make is delicious. Fresh, home made, and the cheese is even from their own cow. They are really nice to my son too, and even let him see how they milk their cow. I'd recommend this place to couples or families who like to be by the beach, but also enjoy some quiet time. Plus, if you want to go to the central crowded street with restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute walk.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s restaurant turned out to be the best in Ureki. I especially want to mention the pool — it’s very clean and beautiful. Our child absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed staying at Ritsa Resort.

It was a wonderful place and we highly recommend this aparthotel for any type of travel: groups or couples. the host Madam Valentina is super nice and helpful. Everything around was beautiful, beach is just a few meters away, room was clean and tidy. they have a big terrace on the third floor overlooking to the beach and its just another picturesque place.

Everybody at Sunrise Ureki was very friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed over the Easter holidays there was always someone we could ask for help or advice. Also we were even gifted a delicious Paska (Easter cake), which was very sweet and attentive. The rooms were clean and practically as well as comfortably equipped. Location-wise it’s just a 5 minute walk away from the beach and a little outside of central Ureki.

They made my holiday amazing from the beginning to the end, they arranged everything from my transfer to the hotel to my transfer after I left the hotel, they even helped me get to the concert area.I made great friends through them and the match night was fun. The location of the hotel is incredible, you wake up in your room with a perfect peaceful sea view, the hotel is right next to the sea and the beach is very beautiful, the black sands raise all your energy. I will definitely come back and book the same room again and very soon. Thank you very much for everything, you made my vacation unforgettable.
