The hotel is very nice, good installations and all you need. What really really stood out was the treatment by the personell; Thanisios una Harris in reception were super friendly and helpfull; Kostas in the evening and Isabelle for brealfast in the restaurant gave us a 5 star service. They were the ones that served us but the whole restaurant crew was very fortxoming. Kostas was especially nice, giving us recommendations and tips about what to do in the region. Efharistó Kostas! Also: the feta in fylos was the best we have eaten so far in all of Greece. Hope to come back, thanks a lot!

Excellent, wide selection of foods as breakfast, fresh orange juice, lots of salty and sweety stuffs. Quality foods.

I am delighted we chose the Arkadi Hotel for our stay. We were visiting Crete to celebrate my partner's birthday, so the very polite staff at reception noticed that and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing terrace view. Besides that on the actual date, we received a piece of cake up to our room. This is a remark about the hotel's values and understanding of true hospitality. Moreover, the hotel has a great interior and location. It felt boutique and Scandinavian, the room was clean and functionally well-designed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and will probably visit again next summer.

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. Just about perfection.. I cannot fault it the location supperb the staff fantastic and very helful.
