Yiannis the host made my trip and mainly is the reason I fell in love with Folegandros - The room is decorated with great care and with great eye for detail and is just like a small museum. It is clean and very functional with all necessities included. the pictures don’t do the room justice. - very good location, next to the port surrounded by everything you need (cafes, restaurants, market, bakery). It’s easy to get to the rest of the island from here, everything is a 10-20min drive and there are busses, car rentals or Yiannis takes you. - Folegandros is a must when traveling the Cyclades - All credit to Yiannis, I can not emphasize this enough. Staying at Perigiali was the perfect little bonus to our trip to Folegandros. The place is lovely, with a shady café on the ground floor and white stairs leading up to the rooms in true Cycladic village style. Our room faced the sea — breezy, spotless, and beautifully designed with a charming blend of traditional Greek style and contemporary touches. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the high-quality toiletries. Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a variety of options, so even after several days we never got bored. There’s also an à la carte menu available at an extra charge, with dishes made with care — you can really taste the love in the food. They even provide beach umbrellas you can take with you, which was a thoughtful touch. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic — always smiling, sweet, and incredibly helpful, offering us great tips to explore the island. We’d love to come back soon.

Centrally located in Karavostasi, just 50 metres from Vardia beach, the Cycladic-style Onar Suites & Villas offers elegantly decorated suites and a villa with unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea. We stayed at the Onar suites for our honeymoon and it was by a margin our favorite place in all of the Cyclades (and we stayed at the more exclusive Milos Cove). Petros gave us the warmest welcome to this little paradise of a place. This place is truly magical, incredibly quiet (at least in May, at the start of the season), with an extraordinary view of the sunrise, delicious breakfast with local ingredients. Folegandros is a gem, and this hotel is an even rarer find, we plan to come back, hopefully more than once. Thank you Petros and Cinta for this wonderful experience.

Nice gentle walk into the port for local cafes and restaurants and the bus stop if you wanted to travel round the island. Great views from Paros to Santorini.

In front of the beach, this apartment was a delight! Modern appliances, spacious, excellent bedding. And of course the cutest balcony with view to the sea and the most glorious boukamvilia! He is very helpful and left us tea, coffee, water, butter and jam and some local snacks and wine as a welcome at the property. This was by far the best accommodation we have had in Greece. The property is super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent. Everything we needed was provided and to a very high standard. The house/cottage is cleaned every day. Beach towels are provided. Efthymios got in touch with a local car rental for us as we wanted to explore the island. The area is super quiet and just beautiful, we would highly recommend the property and we will return again.
