Just 50 metres from Martinakia Beach, the traditionally-built Kontseta, in Merichas Village, offers self-catering units with free Wi-Fi and views over the Aegean Sea. Kythnos Port is 30 metres away and free shuttle service is provided. Our room was at the top of the beautiful building with stairs up. Everything was working well, bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning. The bed large and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The balcony was fantastic, large and with a table and chairs. You could sit in both sun and shade. View of the harbor and the small town. Zoe, our hostess, was very helpful and informative. Within 10 minutes we could walk to the ferry, several restaurants, bars, several supermarkets, car rental and two beaches, one with sunbed and umbrella. After checking out, we could store our suitcases.

The apartment is beautiful: new, well-maintained and with a fantastic sea view from the equally lovely terrace. It's located on a quiet beach with just one restaurant/bar. Easily accessible, it offers peace and proximity to the sea for those who don't want to search for beaches. I highly recommend it

It is very quiet on this side of the island so really perfect for what we wanted. Quiet at night, silent in the mornings and 10m away from a delicious restaurant. There is another taverna a few hundred meters away that we strongly recommend! The owner of this property is sweeter than honey and has been always very helpful with booking a taxi or giving us tips. The location? Literally 3 steps from the water, exactly as the photos. We recommend arriving with your own transport, else you will need a taxi to move (we didn’t move at all from this paradise).
