Pharae Palace is located on the famous Kalamata beachfront and just few minutes away from the shopping districts and the port of Kalamata. All the stuff were friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the drinks in the bar were amazing!

We loved the modern and clean facilities from the apartment to the grounds and pool. The person maintaining the property was also very kind and helpful.

We stayed on the 5th floor and was great! It has an amazing balcony which you could sit and enjoy a meal. Note if you are unable to carry suitcase there is a few stairs to walk up with the suitcases.

The parking lot is private and separated. You can see the first beaches from the terrace and by car it takes a minute or two. On the terrace there is a wonderful view of Kalamata. In the morning you can drink coffee in the shade because of the nicely positioned terrace. And in the evening to watch a beautiful sunset. Hot water was available 24 hours a day. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The air conditioner is new, but the space is insulated, so you can do without it if you don't like it. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It looks even more beautiful in person. If you need anything, the host will provide it. He helped us a lot because it was our first time in Kalamata with advice on where to park and what to see. Given that we have stayed in more than 20 accommodations in Greece, this one is the best we have ever had.

We started in one of the smaller ones (comfortable and spacious for the three of us) for a couple of nights and then moved to the larger one for 5 nights. The property affords uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea - great sunsets and just lovely to sit out under the shading of a morning listening to the sea. The apartments are comfortably appointed with a fully functional kitchen while being located just minutes from the centre of Kyparissia. With the access road recently paved and the wide footpaths, the area is popular for those catching the sunset or walking along the coastline. The host is really friendly and always helpful.

Very efficient communication, flawless check-in, easy parking right in front (public street but lots of space), high-tech air purifier, efficient AC, super luxurious design, the most comfortable bed on the planet, sleek bathroom (with a fun window!), clean design and clean space. They also offer a sightseeing guide, have superb wifi, and there was a little balcony to hang clothes on to dry. I felt like the room was built yesterday and just for me :D About 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown, following a lovely locomotive park. One of my Top 3 hotel deals on my month in Greece; will always be back here when in Kalamata (which is a great city with a very friendly atmosphere).
