The apartment was pretty nice, just perfect for family trip and holidays, rooms clean and each room had individual bathroom and little kitchen, the host was really kind and was always ready to help and give us maximal comfort. next guest will be lucky to visit here ❤️🙌

The room was comfortable and cosy, with new fixtures etc. and well-thought-out details (we loved the bathroom) and very good heating (we were there in December). Plenty of parking. Location-wise, Leptokarya is 15-20 minutes from everything: Katerini and Litochoro to the north and Palaios Panteleimonas to the south. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, super clean, well equipped apartment with a perfect location and view next to the sea. After season it was the best choice we could make, cafeteria and restaurants were open, and good strategic location to visit mount Olympos. The host was very kind.

Beautiful, new hotel, delicious breakfast, right across from the beach, a lovely little bar on the terrace with friendly service. The room was clean and modern, and everyone could find TV programs in their own language. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The cleaning lady was also very nice. There’s a secure parking area for an extra charge a bit further away (150 m), but it was worth it for us. We left early in the morning, and they prepared breakfast packages for us. Everything was perfect, I can only recommend this place. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for the comfortable and carefree stay. ❤️

We would recomend Philippos Residences to our own and dear friends with or without children.Room was on the high level, perfect clean and comfort. View from terrase quiet, with lots of fresh air from the Olimpus mnt. and sea. Many regards to Ahilles and his family.

What a wonderful stay at Havana Villas! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, and the pool is a great bonus. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary waters by the pool. The staff was also excellent—everyone was so friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend this charming spot in Greece!
