Upon arrival, Maria warmly greeted us and even kindly upgraded our room. The property is perfectly located right across from the beach. 2 minute walk and you’re at the beach! You can hear the ocean from your room. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and AC. Maria and her family made a lovely breakfast each morning - eggs, coffee, greek yogurt and honey, tomatoes on toast. Maria was so kind and helpful, even calling our cab for us back to the airport. If you’re thinking of coming to Samos and don’t know where to stay, come to Kokkari just to stay at Maria’s. I’m so happy we picked here for our vacation, thank you Maria!

We spent a lot of time there, enjoying the serene atmosphere. The apartment owner constantly ensures that flying insects do not bother the guests. The location of the Lemon Tree Apartments is simply ideal: close to the sea, two minutes from shops, yet the noise of the road is not heard. The modern style of the apartments gives them a unique character. Moreover, the presence of good air conditioning makes the stay even more comfortable. What particularly stood out is that the Lemon Tree Apartments are surrounded on all sides by a well-maintained green garden, where one can sit in its shade at a table. Every corner of its territory is lovingly adorned with pots of local plants. We were absolutely delighted and eagerly await the opportunity to return to this place. It's the perfect corner of Greece for nature lovers, secluded beaches, and local cuisine.

This is an amazing hotel with some of the best staff we have met in our travels throughout Greece. They were kind, attentive to all our needs, and helped us find our way around. The hotel has a spa like feel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean; with ocean views that are second to none! Up on the hill, this hotel is far enough from town to be a quiet sanctuary, but also within walking distance from amazing restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic view and Manolis is super helpful! We stayed one week. There is a shortcut down to the city and beaches. Not suitable for people with knee injuries because a lot of stairs.
