The food is absolutely delicious, every meal is prepared with care and always fresh. 👌 The staff is incredible – always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, whether it’s advice for couples visiting the island for the first time or assistance with any other need. 🤩 The rooms are spotless, with hygiene at a perfect 10/10. 🙏 Both the managers and the team make you feel at home – such positive energy and hospitality are rare to find. On top of that, the prices are lower than most places on the island, which makes this hotel even more special. Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. We stayed 5 nights. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after the beach. The location is ideal, just steps from the black sand beach and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. The best thing about this hotel are the people who run it, friendly & professional. I would definetly stay there again.

Our stay was amazing, we received amazing support from the staff, beach was exactly 34 seconds away from out doorstep, we managed to recharge all the batteries. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who wishes to have a great vacation, Greek hospitality is truly one of a kind.

We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.
