Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. Amazing hotel. Clean, spacious and right next to the beach. Staff were very polite and professional. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Amazing experience and would definitely visit again.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. The staff is very friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations and advice on how to get around. The location is perfect if you're looking for a chill place near the beach. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay incredibly pleasant ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The owner was truly kind and always available, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was minimalistic but more than enough, with everything fresh and tasty. The location was also perfect for us – we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

The staff are so friendly, generous and professional at the same time, the pool is perfect, our apartment was clean, spacious and stylish, and our private jacuzzi on the terrace was just the cherry on the cake. We'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It's the perfect apartment for your holidays.

We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.

The pool area was great also, especially with the loungers and beanbags for relaxing on. The staff were great. The breakfast was very nice.

Everything was perfect — the hotel, the surroundings, and the staff. We’re truly grateful because Raphael was incredibly helpful at all times — such an attentive and genuinely professional person. We wish everyone were like him! He gave us tips, recommendations about the island, and helped us with everything. Thank you so much! You made us feel right at home!
