The food is absolutely delicious, every meal is prepared with care and always fresh. 👌 The staff is incredible – always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, whether it’s advice for couples visiting the island for the first time or assistance with any other need. 🤩 The rooms are spotless, with hygiene at a perfect 10/10. 🙏 Both the managers and the team make you feel at home – such positive energy and hospitality are rare to find. On top of that, the prices are lower than most places on the island, which makes this hotel even more special. Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. The lady and the gentleman at the réception who gave us super good advice to visit Santorini and who nicely helped us manage our transfer.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Sisi were amazing ! Helped us with the rooms, showed places we could go around the island and hotel overall were amazing. Very good bar at the pool, option to order some food as well. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Obsolutley loved to stay in Perissa, as everything was near and didn’t had to go thru mass crowds to access the hotel. Would stay again ! We had 2 rooms. Both rooms were well equipped with kitchen stuff and was nice and clean.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Amazing stay, the manager, Antonis and the staff made me feel safe and at home away from home. Great place to rest and be close to all attractions while being chilled and relax

The staff, location, cleanliness, the decor, everything was perfect, Irini on reception during the day was outstanding. The man on night duty, Andreas, was also superb. We thank them both for a great stay.

The staff is excellent, kind, polite and willing to help at any given point. As a family with children we stayed in one bedroom apartment, spacious enough for what we needed for a great authentic Greek vacation. The checkin and checkout are smooth, the food at the accommodation is great and available anytime. The pool is extremely cozy and clean. I would come back anytime.

We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.
