Amazing rooms with comfortable beds and always very clean Beautiful garden and swimming pool 50 mts far away from Perissa's Beach, 20 minutes by scooter from Thira and 50 minutes from Oia It was amazing to spend a week in this hotel located in an amazing area near to the best beaches (Perissa, Kamari and Red Beach) and out of the most chaotic areas of the Island Very close to a lot of restaurants and Beach clubs

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Dears Sissy, Chris, Gabby - thank you so much for your great and warm hospitality during our stay. 🩵 The villa is really amazing. It is with great location - close to the beach, walking area with reastaurants and a bus stop. It has the Santorini spirit, which i really loved. It is clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool area and the bar are very nice and cozy. I definitely recommend this place !

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were treated like royalty from the very beginning. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to go. The rooms were spotless and smelled amazing. Just be aware that the main attractions are about a 15-minute drive away – but we knew that before coming, so it wasn't an issue. It was also my brother’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel reached out to me in the morning to arrange a surprise. That thoughtful gesture became the most memorable part of our vacation. Huge thanks to the hotel and all the staff – we truly appreciate everything!

We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.
