This place is amazing. The room was clean and well maintained. The accommodation is located by the water itself, where you can rent kayaks, pedal boats and padle without time or quantity restrictions. The owner is the nicest man I've ever met. He greeted me with a sincere smile that did not leave his mouth. He was very helpful. To be honest, I felt like I came to visit my favorite uncle. The atmosphere of this place is indescribable.

Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments are located on the shores of Lake Atitlan in Santa Cruz La Laguna and boast excellent volcano views. Free Wi-Fi and kayak use are provided at this property. It's the best place to crash at Atitlan, the Lake view is increadible, jacuzzi is just right to relax. They have vegan food and wine. Plus room service, since we stayed at the studio, I propose my girlfriend (now my wife), and privicy is Highly Appreciate The attention to detail is on point and it's a quiet place we slept like babies! Definitely a place to come back!!! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Lago Atitlán. The house is a true gem by the lake — simple, yet it has everything you need. There’s hot water in the bathroom, a fridge and stove in the kitchen, plus a coffee maker and, of course, coffee. The location is peaceful and perfect for nature lovers. The highlight of the house is definitely the balcony with a hammock, where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the lake. The host was incredibly kind and helpful — he even helped carry my luggage to the house. Sunrise Lago Atitlán is about a 5–10 minute walk from the San Pablo dock. It’s definitely easier if you’re traveling with a backpack rather than a suitcase, as the path isn’t ideal for wheeled luggage. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature!

I stayed for a week and really enjoyed having an apartment to myself. Check in was easy, and the host sent detailed instructions for locating the apartment before I arrived. The location is great, and there are restaurants and plenty of shops nearby; and the central fruit/vegetable market is in walking distance (the blender in the kitchen was great for making fruit smoothies!) There was fantastic communication with the host, and having a desk to write at allowed me to spend time working on creative projects in beautiful San Pedro.
