Everything in the apartments is new. There are many restaurants in the area. But the area is quiet, no discos and loud music. The apartments have a small kitchen and there are bakeries, shops, supermarkets nearby. All the dishes are there. There is a small refrigerator. There is only a washing machine. Entrance to the building is on the side by stairs, there is no elevator. Parking is remote, the apartments are in a pedestrian zone.
