It is suitable for both short and long-term stay and good for solo or couple travellers to Batam. Check-in was really smooth. We simply collected the keys from the security guard who proceeded to take a photo of the passport details. You do not need to bring soap, shampoo and towels when you stay at this apartment but you might need to bring a hairdryer if you require it. I was not able to find a hairdryer in the apartment.
