The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

There is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine, and free private parking is available. Very beautiful place. Its peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. They really interact with the customers and ask if everything is ok. 101% for their great services. Thank you all for the great hospitality. May you guys continue to prosper.

The resort has a private beach area and water sports facilities, and guests can enjoy Indonesian and western cuisine at the buffet-style restaurant. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

The hotel is placed very nicely at a fantastic beach. Has beautiful pools and very nice rooms with a great view. We saw monkey's at the beach, great. Especially the Service is fantastic. We had a medical emergancy and the hotel Manager, Andi, with his Team helped around the clock, fantastic. Especially I want to mention Adera, who was there for us 20 hours to translate, organize, etc.. They also helped our kids while we were gone, like they were family!!! I am traveling a lot, and I have never seen such a outstanding Service and the careing of the people before. Thank you very much!!!!
