It rained a lot while we were there which was no bother because we had the lovely living area to lounge in. Our breakfasts were included and, by far, were the most delicious we've ever been served at any hotel. Akaya is a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to shopping or browsing in shops. Akaya Bali is Sanur's best kept secret hotel.

The location of the property Is very good you step outside and the street has all kinds of cafés we tried 5 or 6 of them all were very good the resort is just the right size not too big not too small pool was excellent beach was clean and quiet good for family’s and staff were very good

They are doing great efforts to make people enjoy their stay. The spa experience was extremely good. The receptionist speak and understand English very well. They don’t hesitate to assist in anything possible. We had the best breakfast in Bali although we went to 7 other hotels. There’s a variety of items in the buffet. Halal food is available and they are very attentive to each guest from the moment you step in the restaurant. They quickly clear the tables and check on you from time to time with a lovely big smile gently. They provide shuttle service. The room had 3 types of shower options(huge clean bathtub with a great view, outdoor shower surrounded by plants and Shower inside) so you can definitely find whatever makes you happy there. No funky smells. Best service and atmosphere I ever had. I really felt like home. If you want a nice chat, just come to the living area. Nana will make sure you feel entertained. You want quiet time? They will notice. I had to work during evenings and i was super productive their. Food is great. You can have whatever you want. Fresh mangos from the garden, best Nasi Goreng I ever had, freshly baked orange cake, Nasi Campur. Every other guest I met there was super nice. It never feels crowded. Great WiFi :)
