They opened a WhatsApp Group so we could ask them questions any time we needed. They arranged bikes, a tour and taxis for us. Room etc. were clean and the beds were fine.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in Sanur, Sanur House is a 10-minute walk from Sanur Beach. It’s so cute and the pool and flowers are beautiful- all the staff is very nice and helpful - locations is perfect for walking everywhere and still very quiet

Is definetly worth to mention the japanese restaurant in the hotel, where the food was absolutely delicious, and to the professionality of the massage terapists. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Bali!

We can only second the other positive reviews as it’s clear that Nana is passionate and highly skilled at what she’s doing. Not only is she a super welcoming and outgoing host but she also provides a beautifully decorated villa in a quiet area where you immediately feel at home. Cleanliness is top, to the beach is only a short walk and there are good restaurants nearby. Perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay, also for a longer period.
