A 5-minute drive from Galway city centre, Ardawn House offers high-quality en suite rooms and an extensive breakfast menu. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived early and were asked to select our room to when we left. All the staff were so accommodating and friendly and very happy to share their knowledge of the area and attractions. The room was very comfortable with chocolates and water a bonus. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The breakfast on offer was amazing and anything we wanted was cooked for us and was delicious. Such a fantastic place, wish we had more time to explore a bit more. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in Galway

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and comfy. The view is gorgeous and Fiona and Jack, our hosts, were super kind, always ready to help out and give travel tips. They even had put some food for us there and offered that we could use the washing machine. The bed and couch/armchairs were great, there were lots of lovely decorative details in the apartment and we even found a hairdryer, ironing board and UK charging adapter. Would recommend this to anyone who would love to explore beautiful Achill Island with all its sheep, coastal views and hiking trails!
