Just 3 minutes' walk from the beach in Buncrana, The Harbour Inn sits on a hillside overlooking the sandy beaches of Lough Swilly. The room was fantastic. Having the restaurant close was a bonus.

Old style cottage with modernized furnishings, but still retains its traditional character. Very clean, comfortable with an amazing view. There is an enclosed area attached to the rear of the cottage which has a hot tub and gas stove. Further back there is a green house with a wood burner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The Yellow Door Cottage is a real gem and a real find. Mark is great host and I highly recommend a stay there. 10/10

We had a great stay at Puffin Lodge. The accommodation is beautifully located with a great view of the sea. Also, it's a perfect starting point to explore the beautiful Donegal region. The accommodation had everything we needed, the host was super friendly and very caring. We can highly recommend it and would definitely come again.

Kitchen was very nicely furnished and had a bit of spices in the cabinets. Beds were comfortable and the linen smelled clean. The outlets were near the bed. Backyard patio would have been nice to use if it wasn't raining at the time of our booking.
