On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the Waterfront House & Restaurant offers luxury boutique accommodation and breathtaking views over Killala Bay and golden Enniscrone Beach. Stunning position overlooking the best beach. This hotel allows you to see the light changing over the bay which feels like every 5 mins. Wonderful staff. We had executive rooms which were huge - ample storage space, peaceful view, everything 'worked' in the room, comfy beds, good shower. This place is simple, perhaps a bit dated for some but it has a special charm. 5 mins from the victorian seaweed baths, which is a must. Other than that just walk on the beach and relax. The restaurant serves great chowder amongst other goodies. Special shout out to Sarah on reception and Olivia and Mary in the restaurant
