Everything is perfect, from the facilities and cleanliness to the friendly, helpful staff. So clean ... and absolutely NO bugs - I stayed for two weeks and did not see even a fly, or ant, or mosquito in the room at all. The bed was comfortable, the A/C and wifi both worked well. Shower has plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. There is free filtered water available which is so convenient and no need to buy bottled water. The atmosphere at Urbban Castle is relaxed, cheerful and uplifting. The staff are easily accessible and happy to help with any requests, including arranging laundry service, tours, ferry rides, taxis, etc for reasonable prices. The owner also went above and beyond to help me get a local Sim card. The owner speaks English clearly so he's easy to understand and I did not experience any problems with miscommunication. The location is quite central and convenient. There is a nursery school downstairs so in the mornings and early afternoon, the children can be noisy, but for me, this only added to the experience of staying in a local neighborhood in Port Blair. There's a peaceful backyard with different types of birds - I saw racket tailed Drongos, which was quite a thrill. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. The property takes security measures, but also the neighborhood is safe - I did not encounter any unfortunate or worrisome people or issues during my two week stay. I highly recommend Urbban Castle and have no complaints. I hope to stay here again when I am finished exploring the nearby islands and return to Port Blair for my departure flight.

Location is peaceful inthe main road and also is ideal for city hopping as it’s situated very near to Cellular jail and main bazaar. Thanks for the good hospitality and fresh natural vibes .

I got sick and fevery unfortunately and the staff member gave me hot water, lemon and even came with me to show me to the pharmacy to get some medicine. Room was nice and clean also. Thank you!
