The best South Indian breakfast we have had in numerous trips to India: excellent quality, lots of choices, delicious food. Our room was spacious; the very modern bathroom had large clean white towels, there was a coffee/tea maker in the room stocked with supplies. The hotel, was clean and quiet, great location on the outskirts of Trivandrum in a residential neighborhood close to a famous temple with several good vegetarian restaurants nearby; convenient to the airport and was a short tuk tuk ride to Kovalam beach. William and the other hotel staff were so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

I liked everything about SeaCoast Inn. Shaan, the owner, is/was a superb host. The place is on a quiet side-street. Shaan is a true professional, friendly, helpful at all times. I stayed on two different occasions and both times were excellent. The breakfast was tasty and Shaan provided alternative breakfasts each day. The rooms are just lovely. I really loved my stay there and would return for sure and hope to do so one day again.

Best of all the staff communication before I even arrived checking I was ok - then resolving a tuk tuk price dispute on my arrival - helping me get away transport wise - and the ultimate location for the boats and shops and bus station. Book today as this is a total gem!

My stay at Abhi’s exceeded my expectations and I was given a very warm welcome and shown to my room which was huge with big windows, cool fans and air conditioning which I rarely used as there was a nice cross breeze with the windows open. I liked that there were tea or coffee making facilities in my room and a small fridge. I felt very safe there and no request was ever too much. The cafe is lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts were the best homemade Indian breakfasts! Mani was always with a smile! Loved the homey feel of this place and the cafe was always very busy so word is out the food is fab! Cute little finches and sweet dogs as well! Can’t wait to return!

The house is beautiful and an oasis of peace in the busy Kerala countryside. The staff is great and you can see it’s a good place to work! The chef is super and we ate there every night. We had a lot of help from the staff to arrange things to do so everything went very smoothly.
