The great grandfather was a postman and his story and photos are presented in a small museum of interest. The cabins and campground are surrounded by nice Icelandic farm views. Two ladies, true musicians, can delight you with their voices and instruments playing. The atmosphere is so friendly...a delight. The cabins are very comfortable and pleasant with good beds, showers....

I had a large beautiful room and bathroom. Everything was spotless. There is a spacious room near the lobby with a beautiful fireplace and large comfy sofas. I ate at the restaurant and had the best grilled chicken ever in my life ! The owners are lovely people and helped me alot with ideas of where I should go.

Álfheimar Hotel có khu vườn, sân hiên, nhà hàng và quầy bar ở Borgarfjordur Eystri. Ngoài phòng gia đình, chỗ nghỉ này cũng cung cấp cho khách sân chơi trẻ em. The wooden construction had 10 rooms in a row. Our room was spacious, well decorated and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty and of good quality. We are sorry that we did not eat in the restaurant as the menu looked delicious. Location is next to the puffin.
