Really can’t explain the location, it’s incredible!

Set on a farm 8 km from Grundarfjördur, this modern guest house offers a 9-hole golf course, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. Snæfellsjökull National Park is 40 minutes’ drive away. The host was so kind and welcomed us with hot tea after arriving in the snow! The room was very comfortable and clean. We would happily return!

The apartment was in a fantastic location in town - a short walk from the one small grocery store, a restaurant, and a waterfall. It was also an easy drive to all the amazing sights in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. The kitchen has all you might need to cook - including an ample supply of spices and oils to use. All in all this was an amazing place to stay for our first two nights in Iceland.

Located along the coastline, Við Hafið Guesthouse offers accommodation in Ólafsvík. Guests can benefit from free WiFi. Rooms feature either a view of the sea or mountains. Staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions. Instructions to access the property were clear. Propertie is just like in the pictures, and it's very clean. It's next to a gas station with a convenience store and food options, which makes it very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

This family run guesthouse sits scenically on the Snæfellsnes peninsula on Iceland’s western coast, and features views of the surrounding nature from all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. Dinner was one of the best meals we had. Staff was friendly. Rooms was clean and spacious, they placed us on the newer side of the hotel. We saw strong northern lights!
