The location was great. We can see the stunning view of Kirkjufell and just only 5 minute drive to the viewpoint. The room was clean, private, and well-equipped. The guesthouse is opposite to the Bjargarsteinn Mathús, the famous restaurant in Grundarfjörður.

We also were able to see the aurora borealis. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. The beds were super comfy. It was perfect for our family. 2 adults and 9, 7, 1 year old.
